Smith has an extensive marketing and strategy background, in addition to M&A consulting experience. During his time in the technology and media industry, he managed cross-functional strategy and implementation teams, leading the strategic planning process for Fortune 500 clients and multiple $100mm+ brands. As a consultant within EY-Parthenon’s value creation practice, Smith provided integration management support and synergy analysis for private equity roll-up transactions. He brings experience in strategic planning, market research, M&A strategy, value creation, and post-merger integration.
